These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of the site assetalora.com (the "Site"), operated by Assetalora Analítica Inmobiliaria, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Assetalora"). Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these terms.

The Site has an editorial, analytical and educational purpose related to real estate crowdlending and the property market in Mexico. It does not constitute financial intermediation or a public offering of securities under applicable Mexican law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
