This Privacy Policy describes how Assetalora Analítica Inmobiliaria, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Assetalora") processes personal data collected through assetalora.com, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations.

2. Personal data collected

We collect the data you voluntarily provide through forms on the site, primarily: full name, email and, optionally, phone number. We also collect navigation data (IP address, device type, dates and times of access) through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Purposes

Primary purposes: to manage your information request, send you the editorial catalog of analyzed projects and the introductory guide. Secondary (optional) purposes: send periodic editorial communications, quality surveys and statistical analysis. You can object to secondary purposes at any time.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your express consent, given by ticking the corresponding box in our forms, as well as on the fulfillment of legal obligations and the legitimate interest of Assetalora to operate and improve the site.

5. Transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with technology providers for email, hosting and analytics, who operate under contracts ensuring confidentiality. Some providers may be located outside of Mexico; in such cases we require guarantees equivalent to those provided by the LFPDPPP.

6. ARCO rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO), as well as revoke your consent, by sending a request to privacidad@assetalora.com along with a copy of your official ID. We will respond within 20 business days.

7. Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you maintain an editorial relationship with Assetalora or a legal obligation to keep it exists. Afterwards, data will be blocked and deleted in accordance with applicable regulations.

8. Security measures

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when needed to reflect legal, operational or technological changes. Any relevant modification will be published on this page with the update date.
